Object in the Sea
We were tasked by Solent Coastguard alongside @hm_coastguard_bembridge to investigate an object in the sea within the area of Sandown Pier and the SSILB Lifeboat Station.
With poor sea conditions in a Force 8 gale, we were forced to return to station after searching. @rnlibembridge and Coastguard Rescue Helicopter 175 were then tasked to complete the search alongside Ventnor CRT.
Tricky sea conditions for all assets which were stood down at 20:30 with nothing found.
