Paged and tasked alongside Ventnor Coastguard Rescue Team to reports of calls for help on VHF channel 16 with no true position passed.
A shore line search was made from Luccombe to Ventnor.
After further intelligence the search was extended to Blackgang chine where the Needles Coastguard Rescue Team were also searching
