Local children near our lifeboat station, Mia Cule, Isobel Cule & Sienna Watts spent the week decorating stones and selling them along the revetment in Sandown near our station.
They wanted to raise £100 but smashed that to Raise £150! They came to our station on Monday to present us the Money. They have also raised money for Sight for Wight, The Red Cross and currently Kissy Puppy.
Mark Birch Operations Manager said “We as a crew found this very heart warming and were delighted to meet these amazing children, we all really appreciated their thoughtfulness”.
